Better Mortgage Corporation (“Better Mortgage”) is offering qualified customers (“Customers”) who lock a rate on a mortgage loan for the purchase or refinance of a conforming, conforming high-balance, VA or FHA mortgage loan with Better Mortgage (the “Loan”) between 08:00 AM EST on May 23, 2025, and 10:00 PM EST on May 26, 2025, and successfully close on the Loan, a reduction equal to 0.25% of the total amount of the Loan (collectively, “The Offer”).

Eligibility for The Offer

Better Mortgage will provide Customers who meet all eligibility criteria for The Offer will be offered pricing which is inclusive of a credit equal to 0.25% of the total loan amount associated with the Loan. In the event that the rate is not reduced prior to the closing of the loan, Better's liability will be limited to providing the customer with compensation equivalent to the cost Better would have incurred to buy down the interest rate by 0.25% at closing, not to exceed 1% of the total loan amount.

The Offer is not available for jumbo mortgage loans, home equity lines of credit, or home equity loans.
