1. Better Mortgage Corporation (“Better Mortgage”) is offering qualified customers (the “Customers”) who meet the eligibility criteria as set forth in Section 2, who access the Better Mortgage website directly via the co-branded Better Mortgage and Biz2Credit (“Biz2Credit”) website at https://better.com/b/biz2credit (the “Site”), and who close on a home equity line of credit or a home equity loan with Better Mortgage (the “Loan”), a reduction equal to $250.00 to be applied to reduce the interest rate of the Loan (the “Reduction”) (collectively, the “Offer”). 

2. To be eligible for the Offer, Customers must:

a. Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident or non-permanent resident (certain visa categories only) obtaining a home equity line of credit or a home equity loan with Better Mortgage;

b. Access the Better Mortgage website directly via the Site;

c. Create a Better Mortgage account; and

d. Successfully close on the Loan with Better Mortgage.

3. Customers who meet all eligibility criteria for the Offer and close on the Loan will receive the Reduction, to be applied to reduce the interest rate of the Loan.

4. The Offer may not be combined with any other Better Mortgage promotions, discounts, or concessions, subject to Better Mortgage’s sole discretion.
