Can I close electronically or remotely?

In response to COVID-19, we're working alongside federal agencies and partners to help all our customers get home safely. Find out more in our COVID-19 newsroom.

Refinance customers:

While we do not offer full e-closings, we do offer hybrid e-closings for refinance customers who are also using one of our title partners. A hybrid e-closing allows you to e-sign approximately half of your closing documents online and half in person with your notary on closing day. The average appointment time for a hybrid e-closing is about 30 minutes, compared to an hour for a traditional closing.
