Better Mortgage Closing Costs Promotion Terms and Conditions
Participation in this promotion is limited to current paid members of The Motley Fool, LLC (“Paid Members”) who:
(1) were recipients of a promotional email from The Ascent (a subsidiary of The Motley Fool, LLC) and accessed the promotion through the link provided,
(2) qualified for and locked their mortgage loan application, and
(3) successfully closed a mortgage loan from that account with Better Mortgage.
To be eligible for this promotion, Paid Members must:
- (a) Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident or non-permanent resident (certain visa categories only) purchasing or refinancing a primary residence located in a state where Better Mortgage is licensed to originate mortgage loans; and
- (b)Complete each of the following:
- (i) Create and access their Better Mortgage account through the email link
- (ii) Qualify for and close a mortgage loan from that account with Better Mortgage.
Upon qualifying for the $250 discount, Better Mortgage will include the discount in the final closing costs due at closing. Discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts or offers.
Paid Members may receive no more than one discount in connection with this promotion.
