My interest in real estate began as a young girl when I spent most of my time watching my father draft plans as a civil engineer. My love only grew from there when my future husband and I bought our first piece of real estate in what would eventually be called the “hottest neighborhood in the United States”… Fishtown. I originally began as an investor looking for solid investments. Before my career in real estate, I managed all paralegal functions at two preeminent Philadelphia law firms, and also owned a third-party notary settlement agent business that focused on closing loans for lenders, brokers, and title companies.
