Having lived in South Florida for more than 40 years, and having witnessed the growth of the region from endless cow fields to luxe gated communities, beachfront condos, and family-friendly neighborhoods, I’m happy to say that there is nowhere else on Earth that I would want to work, live, and represent my clients. I’ve called South Florida my home since 1978, attended high school, and graduated college here- I’m South Florida through and through. I moved to Weston in 1994, and since then I’ve sharpened my local market knowledge and community connections, and I like to think of myself as the ultimate guide to all things South Florida real estate. But I believe that market knowledge and my network only represent half of what I bring to the table- the other half is my dedication to exceeding each client’s expectations, regardless of the size of their transaction. That means that my clients don’t need to sweat the small stuff- like advertising their home, arranging financing, overseeing inspections, showing homes to prospective buyers, and all of the other tasks that are an integral part of the real estate process. Instead, my clients get to realize their dreams for a happy place to live- without the headaches.
