I began my real estate career at the age of 23, following the advice of my father, who believed I would excel at this profession. He turned out to be right. I worked hard and quickly earned certifications as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) as well as my broker license. Although I was born and raised in Georgia, I moved to Charleston, S.C., in 2000 because I was drawn to this city’s vast history, character, and charm. Over the past 22 years I have developed a deep knowledge of this market and its conditions, and I know the ins and outs of the neighborhoods that make it great. I also have expertise in new construction and renovations, having worked on my own investment properties and flips. Besides being a top real estate producer, I also obtained a builder’s license and served as broker-in-charge for one of Charleston’s Top 10 local independent real estate companies, earning a Realtor of Distinction award.
