Better Real Estate Listings Terms and Conditions
- On or after July 1, 2021, Better Real Estate, LLC (“Better Real Estate”) is offering sale customers using a Better Real Estate Agent to sell their home in Dallas, TX †(the “Current Home Sale”) up to all of the listing fee back (the “Listing Fee Discount”) if they purchase (or have purchased) a new home (the “New Home Purchase”) using a Better Real Estate Agent or a Better Real Estate Partner Agent ‡ within 365 days of the closing of the Current Home Sale.
- Better Real Estate sale customers using a Better Real Estate Agent to close on the Current Home Sale and who use (or have used) a Better Real Estate Agent or a Better Real Estate Partner Agent to close on the New Home Purchase within 365 days of the close of the Current Home Sale shall receive back a Listing Fee Discount equal to the full listing fee of 1% of the home sales price of the Current Home Sale.
- Better Real Estate sale customers must (a) enter into a listing agreement for the Current Home Sale with a Better Real Estate Agent; (b) close on the Current Home Sale using the aforementioned Better Real Estate Agent; (c) enter (or have entered) into a purchase contract for the New Home Purchase using a Better Real Estate Agent or Better Real Estate Partner Agent; and (d) close (or have closed) on the New Home Purchase pursuant to the aforementioned purchase contract within 365 days of the Current Home Sale.
- The Listing Fee Discount shall be a reduction in the listing fee at the close of the Current Home Sale if the Better Real Estate sale customer closes on the New Home Purchase before the close on the Current Home Sale, or shall be paid directly to the Better Real Estate sale customer by Better Real Estate within 30 days of the close of the New Home Purchase if the customer closes on the New Home Purchase after the close on the Current Home Sale and may be used by the customer in any way.
- If a Better Real Estate sale customer conducts multiple New Home Purchases, the Listing Fee Discount shall be paid only once.
- The Listing Fee Discount is not available where prohibited by law.
- Better Real Estate reserves the right to rescind or modify the terms of the Listing Fee Discount without prior notice.

Better Real Estate Partner Agents work with Better Real Estate to provide high quality service outside the service area covered by Better Real Estate Agents or when Better Real Estate Agents experience excessive demand.
