I am a native Charlottean, born and raised in the now wildly popular Plaza Midwood neighborhood. Charlotte has changed a lot in my lifetime and has grown exponentially, but through all of that change, I couldn’t imagine myself living anywhere else. Growing up as the son of an architect, although I was an accomplished violinist and even turned pro at the age of eight, I was always drawn to real estate. I never considered myself visually artistic enough to feel comfortable pursuing a career in architecture, so I decided to go a different route. My first job out of college was with a local luxury custom home builder. Although the construction side turned out not to be my thing, I learned about the custom home building process firsthand and opened my eyes to the world of Realtors. I love helping my clients navigate what can feel like an overwhelming process while delivering a first-class experience from start to finish, which is the very thing that drew me to Better. With the current real estate market as hot as it is, having the whole process under one roof just makes sense.
